How does a conversation with Holly actually work?

Answered by Holly Mattson, President of Recruiting · Updated

Holly Mattson President of Recruiting, Fairway

Three steps. You reach out by email or DM and I reply personally. We talk through your production, your market, and your ceiling where you are, and I tell you plainly whether Fairway moves the needle for you. Then you decide on your own timeline — there is no expiring offer and no pressure clock.

A conversation with me is not a campaign. There is no script, no “discovery call” that is secretly a pitch, and nobody else on the line. Here is what it looks like.

1. Reach out, quietly

Email me or send a DM. I answer personally — not an assistant, not an automated sequence. Speed to respond is core value #5 at Fairway, and I take it seriously, so you will usually hear back the same day.

2. Talk it through, honestly

We talk about where you are: your production, your market, the support you have today, and where you are stuck. I will show you what Fairway would change — technology, marketing, products, leads, coaching — and I will be specific. If Fairway does not move the needle for you, I will say that too. I would rather lose a recruit than mislead one; it is why so many people come back.

3. Decide on your timeline

Some conversations become a move in a few weeks. Some stay warm for years while the timing sorts itself out. Both are completely fine. You will never get an “offer expires Friday” email from me.

If you would rather see Fairway before you talk to anyone, a Virtual Fairway Day is the quiet way in.
