Joining Fairway
I'm not looking to move. Can I still ask questions?

Holly Mattson President of Recruiting, Fairway
Yes — and curious is where every good conversation starts. Most people who reach out are producing fine and simply want an honest comparison. Ask whatever you want; I will answer it straight, and nobody will know you asked. There is no obligation and no follow-up campaign.
“I’m not looking, I’m just curious” is how most of my best conversations begin. Here is why that is fine.
Curious is not a commitment. Asking me how Fairway’s leads program works, or what the AI layer actually does, does not put you in a pipeline. You are getting information, not entering a process.
Producing fine is a good reason to ask. If you are doing well where you are, you are exactly the person who should know what the ceiling looks like somewhere else — not so you leave, but so you are choosing to stay rather than defaulting to it.
I will tell you if there is nothing here for you. Some originators are in a platform that fits them perfectly. When that is true, I say so, and the conversation ends with both of us better informed.
Nothing happens next unless you want it to. No sequences, no “checking in” emails every quarter. If you want to talk again in two years, the door is open then too.
So go ahead — ask me anything. Or just keep reading. This whole site exists so you can get the answers without having to ask anyone.
Still have a version of this question that's specific to you? Ask it. Holly answers personally, confidentially, usually the same day.
